1.      Welcome

2.      Agency Updates around COVID – 19

a.      Agency Concerns around Staffing

                                                    i.     YWCA 2 case managers at shelter in YWCA. 1 case manager is self-isolating. 1 other staff member has family with medical problems. Short staffed for this week – can manage

ii.     SPI – 2 staff members have tested positive for COVID – they are in isolation. Temporary fill in for staff – have connection with clients and SPI

iii.     Supportive housing – everyone is working remotely

iv.     DMHAS - Capitol Region – 1 staff person with COVID, staff are still teleworking. Can not hire anyone at the moment, under staffed.

b.     Agency Concerns around clients – anyone in isolation?

                                                    i.     SPI – few isolated in SPI in isolation area. Someone moved into hotel with sore throat – moving them on to separate room

c.      Other critical concerns or update from agencies

                                                 iii.     Concern for Zoom security

iv.     Email from Matt – CAN updates

                                                   v.     Photo Ids – are DMV still providing IDs? DMV is closed. Is there a waiver available? City updates to be checked on waiver for IDs.

d.     Client specific case conferencing as necessary for hotel clients.

3.      Other Concerns

a.      Police department meeting – discussion on town programs

b.     Tri town building is almost ready

c.      Prioritization for current clients and unsheltered – need to determine which population is the most vulnerable
