SPI – troublesome at hotels Wethersfield – Who is
the primary contact? Yoshi is receiving lots of calls afterhours
i. Rebekah
will give contact of Dave D. from Mercy to monitors
ii. Joseph
working overnight 959-888-3000

Matt and Amanda are on call
c.
Need to come up coordinated staffing model
d.
Team of supervisors for hotel – rotation of
people to answer calls – Rebekah can help
e.
61 clients in hotels – 2 sites have 24/7
monitors
i. Issues
– not liking roommates, suggestions to solve? Suggest they take a walk. Help
people understand this is short term, roommate distress does not need to be an
emergency on call situation. Calls are from monitors and clients.
ii. Need a plan for discharges from hotel – 1 person
so far. Hotel discharges vs. us asking people to leave
iii. Dietary
restrictions – low sodium/ diabetic needs
f.
Taking census at warming center – work with JH
on independent guests
i. Referrals
from warming center are coming from Kelly or Tolland to Amanda
ii. Bagged
food will be provided by SA
iii. Transition
to rotating staff – shared staff from agencies
iv. City
wants warming center open longer past the 31st
g.
Laundry for hotels – no concern yet
h.
Legally blind client – staff can they check in
with her?
3. Proposed
time for daily check – in calls
a.
Should we have this call at 4pm-4:30pm a few
days a week? If so, what days?
i. Mix
it up for next week then determine concrete schedule by Friday

Should we have this call 12pm-12:30pm a few days
a week? If so, what days?
